Monopoly houses on the way to Park Avenue
I love flying. I particularly love flying when I can see the ground below. On the flight from DC to NY on Saturday, I could see the ground the whole time. It was so cool to see how we basically followed the water the whole way there. I happened to look out the window at just the right time and saw the skyline of Philly. Well, I don't know if you can call it a skyline if you're looking at it from above, but it was the city, at least. It was cool because I know the area well enough that I could orient myself even from the sky. I could see where the new building near 30th Street station is and follow 611 up to where I used to live in Willow Grove. From that perspective, even the skyscrapers look like little monopoly houses. But, monopoly houses that I could identify! Sweet!
